This September 20–23, the digital 8th HLF offered a diverse blend of traditional and novel components for the selected young researchers and the other participants. There was an effort made to construct a program that unmistakably resembles the HLF while being undeniably optimized for an online format. Providing a space for effective interaction was the principal motivation in tailoring each element.

On July 22nd, 2021 several hundred fans came together for an online concert by Emily Roberts and HE/RO. Produced by NOYS VR, the Sony Music artists performed in a virtual tropical stadium and got really close to their fans! The event was powered by Bizzlogic Metaverse Framework.

HEMS DAY Cologne 2021 - 1st Interactive Day of Air Rescue: At this virtual event, injury patterns, strategies in preclinical emergency care and operational scenarios of air rescue were presented and discussed. Pilots and paramedics gave detailed insights into everyday working life in a guided video tour and were available for a personal exchange.

The new dynamic environment invites consumers to join us on a journey, surrounding themselves not just in the latest insights and innovations from P&G, but also in the stories of how these innovations came to be, and how they are changing our world for the better.

Challenges offer opportunities to adapt and 2020 has provided several significant tests. The Virtual HLF was a direct response to some of this year’s trials. Branded with the motto "Virtual HLF –Traversing Separation," the Forum took place from September 21 until September 25, 2020. A multifaceted scientific program was supplemented by various interactive elements designed to facilitate exchange between the participants.
